Job Description

Job Responsibilities：
1、Teach English courses for children aged 3-12, deliver high-quality and immersive English classes in accordance with the institution’s teaching syllabus and courseware.
2、Design interactive teaching activities combining children’s visual, auditory, concentration and logical thinking development characteristics. Adopt games, dialogues and scenario simulations to stimulate children’s interest in English and improve their listening and speaking abilities.
3、Complete lesson preparation, teaching aids arrangement, classroom management and post-class teaching summary. Record students’ classroom performance and learning progress in a timely manner.
4、Cooperate with the institution’s teaching arrangements, participate in teaching training and teaching research activities, and continuously optimize teaching methods and classroom atmosphere.
5、Communicate with Chinese teaching assistants and parents about students’ learning status, advantages and improvement suggestions, maintain good home-school relationships and improve parent satisfaction.
6、Abide by the institution’s teaching rules and regulations, maintain classroom order, and ensure the smooth progress of teaching work.

Job Requirements：
1、Native English speaker with standard pronunciation and fluent oral English, no accent.
2、Passionate about children’s education, love kids, cheerful, patient and friendly with strong classroom appeal.
3、No teaching experience required. Graduates, international students and foreign nationals are all welcome. Candidates with early childhood English teaching experience are preferred.
4、Possess basic classroom management skills, adapt to children’s teaching rhythm, and be good at guiding children to focus on learning through interesting interactions.
5、Responsible, punctual and reliable. Willing to cooperate with reasonable teaching arrangements and stable in work.
6、Good conduct with no bad employment records, abide by professional ethics and institutional rules.
